Anthony Moniuszko

Anthony Moniuszko is a litigation lawyer at Preszler Injury Lawyers whose practice is devoted to standing up for injured plaintiffs and survivors of abuse, particularly in complex, high-stakes claims. Working from British Columbia, he represents individuals facing powerful institutions and works to make an often intimidating legal system feel more accessible, transparent, and humane.

Anthony’s path to practice reflects a longstanding commitment to law and public accountability. He studied business law at Carleton University before completing a master’s degree at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy (University of Toronto). He went on to earn his law degree from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, where he spent his final semester with Dalhousie Legal Aid Service, advocating for single mothers, unhoused individuals, and disadvantaged youth. After law school, he joined Preszler as an articling student and subsequently became a lawyer in British Columbia, where he appears regularly before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Known as a careful, detail-oriented advocate, Anthony understands the frustration, vulnerability, and imbalance many clients feel when confronting large organizations and complex procedures. His work is focused on giving a voice to vulnerable people and helping them pursue accountability through civil litigation.

Anthony is also fluent in Polish.
