Michael Gemmiti

Michael Gemmiti is a plaintiff-side personal injury lawyer who brings a thoughtful, steady approach to clients facing complex insurance and injury claims. After several years in tax, estate litigation, and insurance defence, he chose to focus his practice exclusively on representing people who have been injured due to negligence or unfairly treated by their insurers. Born and raised in Ontario, Michael studied Economics at Trent University before earning his law degree from Western University. He is known for taking the time to listen carefully, answer questions directly, and reduce the stress of an often daunting claims process by ensuring clients feel informed and supported from start to finish.

Outside of his legal work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, looking after his dogs, and tending to his vegetable garden.
