Seth Wheeldon
Seth Wheeldon is a plaintiff-focused personal injury lawyer whose perspective is shaped by years on both sides of the litigation table. Before joining Preszler Injury Lawyers in 2017, he spent nearly seven years at a prominent national insurance defence firm, acting for insurers and gaining detailed insight into how they evaluate, assess, and settle injury claims. He now uses that knowledge exclusively for injured people, understanding that insurers often view claims as liabilities–and preparing cases accordingly to secure fair compensation.
Originally from Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Seth studied Political Science at the University of British Columbia, then spent two years in Taiwan teaching English. He went on to earn a Master of Arts in Human Rights Law from Central European University in Hungary, before returning to Vancouver to complete his Juris Doctor at the University of British Columbia. His international experience and academic background in human rights underpin the common-sense, people-centred approach he brings to each file.
Seth represents clients from all walks of life in complex injury claims, appreciating that serious accidents can be life-changing and that having the right advocate–one who understands both the human and strategic dimensions of a case–is critical.
Outside of his practice, he enjoys travelling, soccer, badminton, and spending time with his children.
