Abiodun Adekunle Fatokun

Abiodun (“Abi”) Adekunle Fatokun brings a dual-qualified background and a calm, practical style to every legal file. After completing studies in England–a Business, Law, and Social Sciences foundation at Sheffield International College followed by an LL.B. (Hons.) at Nottingham Trent University–she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017. She then worked across both government and private practice, developing skills in litigation, ADR, client advocacy, and court administration.

Abi joined Preszler Injury Lawyers in 2023, concentrating on sexual assault and product liability matters alongside motor vehicle claims. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.

Clients appreciate Abi’s straightforward guidance and steady presence; she is often the person they turn to when they need candid advice delivered with empathy. Outside the office, she spends time with family, supports charities, enjoys travelling and cooking, and never says no to a quiet evening with a good book.
