David Bradshaw

David Bradshaw is a trial and appellate lawyer whose work spans both British Columbia and Ontario, with a practice built around complex personal injury and disability claims. He represents clients in motor vehicle, marine, farm, aviation, and slip/trip and fall accidents, as well as long-term disability denials, assaults, dog bites, and other negligence-based claims. David has significant experience advancing cases involving brain and psychiatric injuries, catastrophic impairments, and substantial income loss suffered by high-earning professionals.

Known for standing up to large insurance companies, David is a committed advocate for the underdog. He focuses on building strong, candid relationships with his clients and works toward practical, strategic resolutions. He’s also fully prepared to litigate when necessary. His courtroom and procedural experience includes trials, appeals, and interlocutory matters before the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and Ontario Youth Court, as well as regular appearances before tribunals such as the Licence Appeal Tribunal, Social Security Tribunal, and Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal.

Outside of his legal practice, David spends his limited free time backcountry camping, snowboarding, playing volleyball, rock climbing, and cooking.
