Erin Kwa

Erin Kwa brings a blend of medical knowledge and legal experience to her work at Preszler Injury Lawyers. Before joining the firm as an associate in 2018, she articled at a general practice firm in Richmond, British Columbia, where she gained early experience on plaintiff personal injury files and saw firsthand how injuries affect people and families beyond the paperwork.

Erin completed her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science through the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia in 2014, and went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2017. During law school, she worked with a non-profit organization that provided legal assistance to caregivers and temporary foreign workers facing employment and immigration challenges. This work strengthened her commitment to accessible, community-focused advocacy.

Fluent in Tagalog, Erin values clear, empathetic communication and strives to ensure her clients feel informed and supported throughout the legal process. Outside of practice, she enjoys yoga and travelling.
