Filipe Santos
Filipe Santos values clarity and respect as much as compensation when it comes to his personal injury work. He wants clients to understand what’s happening, why it matters, and what’s realistically achievable, especially when they’re dealing with pain, financial strain, or uncertainty.
Filipe advocates exclusively for plaintiffs, acting for people hurt in motor vehicle accidents, injured in slip and fall incidents, or facing denied long-term disability benefits. His earlier experience representing both sides of disputes in tribunals, Small Claims Court, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice means he can spot weak positions quickly and shape practical, targeted strategies in response.
He studied at the University of Toronto (B.A.) and Osgoode Hall Law School (J.D.), where he volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada to assist residents in North York with legal issues. He has been committed to providing accessible legal support from the start of his career.
Outside his files, Filipe enjoys playing music, reading, and practicing French, and he’s proud to have sung at Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall.
