Jack Parsekhian
When injuries turn life upside down, clients turn to Jack Parsekhian for steady, practical advocacy. For the last nine years, Jack has exclusively represented seriously injured people, guiding files from early assessment through trial when needed. His counsel is grounded in an uncommon perspective: before focusing on plaintiffs, he spent 14 years representing defendants and insurance companies, learning from the inside how claims are valued and defended.
Jack has practiced with several of Toronto’s leading personal injury firms, and his caseload spans motor vehicle accidents, statutory accident benefits disputes, insurance conflicts, and general negligence claims. He has conducted jury and judge-alone trials and has appeared at every level of Ontario’s civil courts relevant to his practice: the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He also frequently advocates before the Licence Appeal Tribunal on accident benefits matters.
Called to the Law Society of Ontario in 2002, he brings more than two decades of focused experience to each case. Beyond the office, Jack enjoys cooking, movies, travel, and time with family and friends.
