At Preszler Injury Lawyers, Mark A. Freeman is known for his steady plaintiff-side advocacy and deep familiarity with injury and disability litigation. A graduate of Queen’s University and called to the Ontario bar in 2004, Mark has, from the outset of his career, chosen to act for individuals instead of insurers.

He has handled a wide range of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall injuries, long-term disability benefit disputes, medical malpractice claims, and wrongful dismissal actions.
