Rajwant “Reagan” Singh Bamel joined Preszler Injury Lawyers as counsel in September 2025, bringing a reputation for sharp advocacy in serious and sensitive injury matters. He acts for clients harmed in motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall accidents, occupiers’ liability incidents, disability benefit disputes, and sexual abuse/institutional abuse claims. He has also appeared at all levels of court in Ontario as well as before Numerous tribunals.
Reagan’s career has been firmly rooted in plaintiff advocacy since he began. After articling and practicing at a boutique personal injury firm in Toronto, he rose to partner, earning strong results both through strategic early resolutions and at trial. He earned his LL.B. (Hons.) in 2014, his LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020.
Known for his professionalism, careful preparation, and persuasive courtroom style, Reagan is widely respected by colleagues and opposing counsel. He is also deeply involved in community work as a board member of Addiction Services Central Ontario, reflecting a commitment to support people beyond the litigation process.
