Craig is a trial lawyer with Preszler Law BC. He is a passionate courtroom litigator who acts exclusively for injured people on claims involving brain injuries, psychological injuries, broken bones and other orthopedic injuries, soft tissue injuries and chronic pain, and wrongful death.
Craig graduated from McGill University in Montreal before attending the University of British Columbia law school, where he received his LL.B. in 2008. Over the last few years, he has obtained several excellent trial results, including Dabu v. Schwab, 2016 BCSC 613; Diep v. Cunha, 2015 BCSC 819; Dizon v. Losier, 2017 BCSC 431; and Zhang v. Ghebreanenya, 2015 BCSC 938, in addition to a number of successful chambers applications. However, he also believes in finding common ground with opposing parties, which has led to many settlements for his clients, including seven-figure settlements. Craig believes that deep knowledge of the case, good communication, and long-term strategy provides the foundation for obtaining a just settlement where possible.
In his spare time, Craig enjoys sports and outdoor activities in Vancouver, enjoys cooking (and eating) and supports the Seattle Seahawks.
