Thomas works in Ontario and has been approved as a visiting lawyer in Nova Scotia. Thomas is proud of his Nova Scotia heritage. He grew up in the small town of Windsor, Nova Scotia. He studied and attended university in Wolfville, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University in 2005. He later obtained his law degree from the University of Liverpool in 2009.
Thomas articled at a boutique personal injury firm in Toronto prior to being called to the Bar in 2011 and has worked solely on personal injury cases ever since.
Thomas joined Preszler Injury Lawyers firm in 2015. The focus of his practice is civil litigation with an emphasis on premises liability, automobile and long-term disability claims. Thomas fights tirelessly for his injured clients and takes great pride in helping them navigate through the upset and difficulty that comes with a personal injury claim.
Outside of the practice of law, Thomas enjoys the outdoors, snowboarding, hiking, CrossFit and particularly rugby, having previously proudly represented his home province in the sport.
